It is very easy to use, very intuitive and the user interface is more playful and fun than Facebook’s.

Also something that will change everything and that is very powerful is the Circles concept. You can create a circle just for your BEST FRIENDS and be much more open.
At the same time you can create circles for work teams and work together using google wave… Google+ links all google services together Buzz, Calendar, Picassa, Google Analytics! i am in fact excited :)
Google was trapped by its own mission…
It was about time for Google to change and become more social. I told them this when I met some of their VPs in Silicon Valley over 2 years ago. “your mission is wrongly focused… you are trapped with rational people!” I now hope that they change their Public Relations strategy and their presentations when they go out to summits and conferences too… they have been too secretive and due to this also boring…
Google was born under this mission: Google’s mission is to organize the world‘s information and make it universally accessible and useful.
This mission has in my opinion limited google making them to streamlined and rational.. hiring mostly expert engineers and lacking creative, imaginative and social skills. Our beliefs are a very powerful influence on our behavior. It is widely understood that if someone really believes he/she can do something, he/she will do it; but if he/she believes something is impossible, no amount of effort will convince him/her that it can be accomplished. Our beliefs about ourselves and what is possible greatly affected our day to day effectiveness. All of us have beliefs that serve as resources as well as beliefs effectiveness. All of us have beliefs that serve as resources as well as beliefs that limit us.
This applies to organizations too. I think that Google has been limiting its beliefs by being to rationally focused. I hope that Google+ surges with a new mission: to empower people to imagine, create, socialize, meet and share…”
Google was receving its last call since according to their own search insights they were staying quite behind compared to Facebook just as MySpace fell in the past. So I am glad to finally welcome THE FACEBOOK KILLER! well lets not kill it but some good competition is good ;)
I love disruption! because when there is disruption, there are new opportunities and when there are opportunities, there is new ground for innovation.
Google+ changes everything for online marketing and business. Google+ circles will allow people to both be open and close and connecting Google+ with Buzz, with Picassa, Google Analytics and its powerful Adwords is a killer…. not to mention the SEO impact that +1 will have.
I dont know about you but I am already moving and adapting my online marketing strategy and communications to welcome Google+

How is it different from Facebook? The system has a couple of differences from the leading social networking site – Facebook – that are important.
- First, Google is marketing that it allows a user to direct with whom information is shared in a very simple way. Facebook has similar capabilities, but they are harder to control and in most cases a users’ entire contact list gets pinged on a post. With Google+, the user will be able to direct which of its groups, or circles, get the post.
- Second, the system does not require one to accept a connection in order to get postings from another party. So one can receive updates without having to share their own.
- Third , access to this system will be even more ubiquitous than Facebook. Chrome browsers will allow easy access. Android operating systems for mobile phones will have this embedded through a system called Huddle. And there will be easy ways to post YouTube videos to Google+.
Google is intending to make it very easy for people to share information from videos through YouTube, contacts through Gmail, mobile usage through Android, and web data through Chrome. This will be the major technical advantage of the system.
